• Higher education in the field of construction and maintenance of automobile roads (MADI is welcomed);
• Work experience in the field of construction and maintenance of automobile roads from 1 to 3 years;
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation in the field of automobile roads;
• Confident PC user, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Carry out systematic observation (monitoring) of the condition of roads and network elements and their compliance with the requirements established by laws, information and legal acts, as well as regulatory legal acts of the Moscow Region adopted in accordance with them;
• Exercise control over the performance of works on the maintenance and repair of road facilities of the street and road network and protective road structures
• Prepare reporting in the form of PowerPoint presentations

• Exercising construction control over the performance of construction and installation works in accordance with design documentation, construction norms and rules, technical specifications and other regulatory documents.
• Thorough knowledge of the key points that should be given particular attention during construction control.
• Ability to work with inspecting authorities.
• Compilation of as-built documentation in the established procedure.
• Management and control of the processes of performing construction and installation works.
• Verification and accounting of physical volumes, reconciliation with KS-2, KS-3 acts and with design documentation.
• Maintaining cumulative records by unit rates.
• Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, SP, SNiP, RD.
