RESOLUTION
on the creation of the People’s Liberation Movement of the USSR
For the liberation of the territory of the USSR from the occupation collaborationist administration, which has brought the Soviet People to extinction and impoverishment, to the destruction of the economy, industry, and territorial integrity of our Motherland, the Presidium of the Military-People’s Council and the Defense Council of the USSR at a plenary session
HAS RESOLVED:
To create the People’s Liberation Movement of the USSR for the return of the status
of Sovereign of the USSR in the international legal field, the restoration of the state system in accordance with the 1977 Constitution of the USSR, the restoration of the status of citizen of the USSR, the preservation of the territorial
integrity of the state, the return of the people’s wealth, and the improvement of the well-being of our People.
