Structure of projects for the creation of 21st-century ecovillages

Structure of projects for the creation of 21st-century ecovillages (residential, social zones, as well as the habitat):
· the Supercomposite project provides for the construction and operation of plants producing a broad range of fundamentally new system-forming building materials of pre-specified quality. The materials have unique characteristics in terms of strength, durability and functional capabilities and, being themselves a cellular structure, are at the same time the main multifunctional mono-material for creating more complex spatial cellular structures filled with lightweight new-generation foam concretes with closed pores. The areas of application of the materials and of the technologies for building structures from them are all-encompassing. Supercomposites will become one of the main basic structural elements of the ecological model home of the 21st century;
· the Vacuum Glass project provides for the construction and operation of plants producing transparently controllable soldered insulating glass units with vacuum thermal insulation that have no analogues in the world. The use of insulating glass units with vacuum thermal insulation will soon become widespread in the field of construction technologies and in the housing and utilities sector and agriculture. Insulating glass units will become one of the main basic materials of the ecological model home of the 21st century;
·      the project “Penosilikalcites” provides for the creation of a mobile plant based on a “Kamaz” chassis for the production of the system-forming building material “penosilikaltsit.” The material can be used in virtually all areas, including as a load-bearing structural material for low-rise construction, as well as a structural and thermal-insulation self-supporting material in multi-storey residential, administrative, and industrial construction;
·      the project “Destam” provides for the construction and operation of plants for the production of new building materials based on the modification of softwood species. The technological capabilities of producing modified wood (MW) make it possible to obtain a final product with a broad spectrum of decorative, strength, physical-mechanical, and operational properties that can be changed depending on the requirements of the consumer or manufacturer. The greatest economic effect is observed when modifying wood from low-grade and low-value wood species, such as birch, aspen, alder, and others;
· the Kerpen project provides for the construction and operation of plants producing building materials based on a glass-ceramic matrix. The material was previously used only for defense needs and is being proposed for civilian construction for the first time. Its unique strength and thermal insulation properties are advantageously combined with environmental cleanliness and make it possible to produce a broad range of durable building materials of unique quality (roof tiles, bricks, blocks, etc.). Products made of Kerpen will become one of the main basic materials of the ecological model home of the 21st century;
·      the project “Steklokremnezit” provides for the construction and operation of plants for the production of building materials based on quartz materials. Unique artistic properties are combined with ecological cleanliness and make it possible to produce a broad range of durable building materials of unique quality (foam roof tiles, finishing materials, stained-glass panels, etc.);
·      the project “Kremnegan” provides for the construction and operation of plants for the production of glass-ceramic foam beads from amorphous silicon of the “Kremnegran” grade. Kremnegran and materials made from it have high strength and heat resistance and are indispensable in the construction of architectural and technical facilities in various sectors of the national economy;
·      the project “Geokar” provides for the construction and operation of plants for the production of “Geokar” peat blocks. Walls made of Geokar breathe excellently, reduce the radiation level in a room by five times, and create the comfort in a home that is characteristic of pine log walls. Geokar does not rot and is not subject to attacks by rodents. “Geokar” is durable and complies with all currently effective SNiP requirements. The guaranteed (confirmed by various expert assessments of the country’s leading construction institutes) service life of the blocks is at least 200 years. It is easily processed and fitted. It makes it possible to significantly reduce construction time and cost. The production cost is about 700 rubles per m3. The use of peat blocks in the construction of agricultural complexes is exceptionally valuable: in cowsheds and pigsties, where animals release ammonia. Peat, being an excellent adsorbent, absorbs toxic vapors, as a result of which the ecological situation in the room improves;
·the project “Water Treatment” for managing water parameters and producing ecologically clean aqueous solutions using the “L-T” meta-technology, which ensures the production of drinking water for humans and animals, disinfection of vegetables and fruits, water for preparing animal feed, water for disinfecting feed, water for sanitary treatment of premises and laundry;
·      the project “Oasis” for the creation of complexes made of vacuum glass and modified wood for mass hydroponic replication by the cutting method of saplings of fruit trees, noble cedars, oaks, etc. The complex makes it possible to solve the tasks of designing and developing natural landscapes, preserve the diversity of flora and fauna species, and also develop the landscaping infrastructure of ecovillages;
· the "Eco-settlement of the 21st Century" project provides for the creation of 21st-century eco-settlements on the basis of high-tech production facilities for system-forming building materials of a new generation developed specifically for rural construction, including environmentally clean noospheric energy-efficient houses for rural residents, systems for long-term storage of fruit and vegetable products, high-moisture grain, greenhouses, winter gardens, "Equator" complexes, cowsheds, pigsties, methane tanks, etc.
The project provides for the transition of 21st-century eco-settlements to energy-efficient decentralized, autonomous, trigeneration ATES operating on their own biogas, as well as renewable energy sources. Undistributed net profit will be spent on improving social infrastructure, further developing the technology complex, as well as increasing the installed capacity of renewable energy sources, up to a complete transition to them.
The new structural building materials, noospheric construction technologies, architectural, engineering solutions and life-support systems used in the project turn the problem of providing housing into the problem of the rapid dissemination of new methods of mass construction of 21st-century eco-settlements based on these materials, technologies, and life-support systems.
