Structure of projects for the utilization of products of vital activity and self-provision of energy needs
· the large-scale, highly profitable environmental innovation project “Sintez” for the replication of energy- and resource-saving technology for the utilization of man-made emissions of “greenhouse” gases and the accumulation of energy from renewable and intermittent energy sources into products of organic synthesis, hydrocarbon energy carriers, as well as ultrapure oxygen;
· the “TBPO” project for the creation and replication of systemic environmentally clean facilities for the conversion of solid domestic and industrial waste (TBPO), any dirty hydrocarbon feedstock, heavy oils, heavy fractions of oil refining (oil residues, emissions), gasification of any grades of coal, rubber products (automobile tires), any organic matter, medicines, gunpowder, poisons, chemical weapons – with the output being energy, hydrocarbon fuel, metals, carbon plastics, basalt plastics, as well as a wide range of construction materials, with the return of the waste of civilization to economic circulation;
· the “Bazis” project for the creation of dual-purpose reserve energy supply systems based on the use of new single-wire quasi-superconducting technologies for transmitting energy over any distances without traditional power transmission lines, including space, transcontinental, intracontinental, regional and local;
· the “Solar Wind” project for the creation of plants for the production of solar silicon with an efficiency of up to 24% in volumes sufficient for the energy supply of the regions of the planet and the creation of systemic environmentally clean non-fuel energy facilities based on the deployment of solar concentrators with a modular capacity of up to 1 TW;
· the “Hydrogen Energy” project for the creation of environmentally clean non-fuel energy facilities with an oxygen-hydrogen cycle for accumulating energy from renewable sources;
· the “Turboveter” project for the creation of environmentally clean non-fuel energy facilities based on the deployment of the production and operation of environmentally clean new-generation wind turbines;
· the “ATES” project for the creation of decentralized trigeneration intelligent gas-piston stations for supplying housing and industrial enterprises with all types of energy, including cold;
· the “Biofuel” project for the creation of complexes for processing low-calorie minerals (coal, shale, peat, oil refining products), domestic waste, forestry and agricultural waste or specially grown biomass into gas or liquid fuel;
· the “Biogas” project for the creation of a complex for the utilization of livestock and crop production waste and its conversion into biogas and biohumus for further use;
· the “Fuel-Free Generators” (FFG) project based on new principles of parametric resonance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
The approved Program combines the development of all sectors, regional hybrid energy based on low- and medium-capacity nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, infrastructure, environmental, educational, technological, social and other projects, with the aim of satisfying the energy, food, humanitarian, cultural and technological needs of the Great Soviet Sovereign People of the USSR.
