Composition of a typical construction cluster
The universal cluster of building materials includes the following mini-factories and subdivisions:
· automated factory for the production of vacuum-insulated glass units with a capacity of 240 thousand square meters per year; a section for recycling cullet and producing glass foam beads from it with a capacity of 6000 m3 per year;
· factory for the production of modified wood of the "Destam" and "Drevstal" brands from soft wood species with a capacity of 14,800 m3 of material per year; automated joinery shop; section for assembling windows from destam and vacuum glass with tooling and equipment; section for assembling kits for winter gardens and conservatories with tooling and equipment;
· automated factory for the production of supercomposite and products made from it with a capacity of 3,600,000 m2 of multifunctional supercomposite sheet per year, sections for automated assembly of finished products, transport and logistics department; automated design system;
· factory for the production of foam calcium silicate with a capacity of 21,600 m3 of calcium silicate with a density of 2100 kg/m3 per year, and 280,800 m3 of foam calcium silicate with a density of 250-500 kg/m3; mobile lines for the production of foam calcium silicate, sets of curved formwork;
· factory for the production of foam ceramics and products made from it with a capacity of 20,040,000 units of conventional brick per year, 120,000 m2 of nailless roofing tiles per year, 76,000 m2 of facing insulating tiles per year;
· factory for the production of glass silica with a capacity of 48,000 m2 of multifunctional glass silica per year, 42,000 m2 of foamed glass silica per year, 18,000 m2 of artistic glass silica per year, 12,000 m2 of artistic stained-glass glass silica per year;
· factory for the production of silica granite with a capacity of 144,000 m3 of material per year with a density of 180 kg/m3;
· factory for the production of wall and heat-insulating peat blocks "Geokar" with a capacity of 4,320,000 blocks per year;
· automotive, quarry and special equipment, construction tooling, engineering and transport communications, group trigeneration ATES with a capacity of 3300 kW electrical and 4620 kW thermal capacity on low-potential methane;
· fleet of cargo airfield-independent aircraft for transporting products and items of the construction cluster "from doorstep to doorstep" and for the construction of various facilities;
· center for managing the transportation of building materials, as well as oversized cargo and structures, including extra-heavy ones;
· real-time production and sales management system, system for motivating the labor of all subjects of the cluster's production and economic relations;
· design bureau with an architectural and construction studio for three-dimensional modeling, design and manufacture of objects and products of varying complexity from the materials of the construction cluster.
The approved Program combines the development of all sectors, regional hybrid energy based on low- and medium-capacity nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, infrastructure, environmental, educational, technological, social and other projects, with the aim of satisfying the energy, food, humanitarian, cultural and technological needs of the Great Soviet Sovereign People of the USSR.
