We also inform you that any account opened in any bank or financial institution by the Sovereign International Consumer Society, or by the Treasury of that Society, is a treasury account of the Sovereign Society, and without a decision of an International Court, or an instruction of the Society itself, it cannot be subjected to blocking by the bank or financial organization.
