On the system of civil society

In fulfillment of Resolution of the Military-People's Council of the USSR No. PVK-032 of March 03, 2023. For the purpose of fulfilling the tasks set by the Great Sovereign Soviet People and the Great Country of the Sovereign Union of Soviet Socialist Republics before the Military-People's Council of the USSR for the liberation of the territory of the Country of the Sovereign Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Great Sovereign Soviet People from the colonial dependence of the invaders and the elimination of any types of duties, taxes and criminal demands that are criminal with respect to the Great Sovereign Soviet People.

For the purpose of implementing the decisions of the Great Sovereign Soviet People following the Referendum held on preserving the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of March 17, 1991, as well as following the First Congress of Citizens of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of December 29, 1991 on restoring the lawful Constitutional order, on the basis of the legitimate and permanently operative Sovereign Constitution of the Country of the Sovereign Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, edition of October 07, 1977, of the Great People's Country of the Sovereign Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

In order to consolidate the conscious and the deceived, unconscious Sovereign Citizens of the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to unite all Sovereign Citizens of the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics into a Single Great Sovereign Soviet People of the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. On the basis of Resolution of the Military-People's Council of the USSR No. 174 SPK of September 30, 2018 on the restoration of the Consumer Cooperation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the basis of the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus and the granting to the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus on the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of the status of a People's-State Body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

WE RESOLVE:

For the People's-State Body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus, to hold a meeting of the Council and reach a legal decision on admitting all conscious and deceived, unconscious Sovereign Citizens of the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as shareholders (pay-shares members) of the People's-State Body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus.

In fulfillment of the International Law on Share-Based Consumer Cooperative Societies and Unions, all share-based entrance fees determined by the People's-State Body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus, for all conscious and deceived, unconscious Sovereign Citizens of the Sovereign Country of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, we direct to be paid to the International State Fund of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics for the Social and Economic Development of Regions, Treasury of the Creator RA.

On March 23, 2023, in order to fulfill the tasks set by the Great Single Sovereign Soviet People and the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics before the Military-People's Council of the USSR concerning the liberation of the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Great Single Sovereign Soviet People from the colonial dependence of the invaders, concerning the prevention and destruction of criminal terrorist projects (the Harvard Project, the Houston Project) directed against our Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Great Single Sovereign Soviet People;

In order to immediately stop the plundering of the People's property of the Great Single Sovereign Soviet People and the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the Sovereign territory of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,

In order to fully eliminate all organized internal terrorist military conflicts on the Sovereign territory of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and to restore Peace,

In order to bring the state company "Russian Federation-Russia" into conformity with the Legislation of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Norms of International Law;

In order to restore the People's, State, Soviet Power on the territory of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics;

WE RESOLVE:

By the Right of the Sovereign, on the basis of the Legislation of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, on the basis of the Norms of International Law, by the Right of the Absolute Owner of the company "Russian Federation-Russia" through the People's-State Body of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus (Resolution of the Military-People's Council of the USSR No. 174 SPK of September 30, 2018

1. For the People's-State Body of the Great Sovereign Country of the USSR, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya . Velikaya Rus on the Sovereign territory of the USSR, and the State Treasury of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, whose functions are performed by the Sovereign International Treasury M1 Resolution of the Military-People's Council of the USSR: GP USSR No. 81-6 of October 07, 2018, to carry out the re-registration of the state company "Russian Federation-Russia" from Anglo-American jurisdiction into the jurisdiction and into the State Register of its Absolute Owner, the Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Upon the re-registration of the state company "Russian Federation-Russia", to determine the status of the company "Russian Federation-Russia" as a cooperative enterprise of the Great People's Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

2. The right of full management, disposal and adoption of all decisions in the fulfillment of the assigned tasks for the reorganization of the state company "Russian Federation-Russia" is transferred to the People's-State Body of the USSR on the territory of the Sovereign Country - the USSR, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya
Velikaya Rus.

2.1. For the People's-State Body of the USSR on the territory of the USSR, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus, to organize within the state company "Russian Federation-Russia" a special Committee and to vest it with the Supreme Right and powers to carry out a large-scale reorganization of the state company "Russian Federation-Russia" in accordance with the Legislation of the Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and in accordance with the Norms of International Law.

3. In order to implement this Decree, the People's-State Body of the USSR on the territory of the Country - Sovereign - USSR, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus shall be vested with the right: to speak on behalf of the Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to make statements on behalf of the Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to adopt decisions on behalf of the Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, both within the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and throughout the entire World and International Space.

To vest the People's-State Body of the Great Country of the Sovereign - USSR on the territory of the Country of the Sovereign - USSR, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus, with the Highest Diplomatic Status.

4. To the entire Great United Sovereign Soviet People of the Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to all management companies located and operating on the Sovereign territory of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, performing the function of State Soviet Power regardless of the jurisdiction of their registration, to all private companies located on the Sovereign territory of the Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, performing the function of the legislative, executive and judicial Power of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

To all private companies located on the Sovereign territory of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, performing the function of law-enforcement and human-rights-protecting People's Power regardless of the jurisdiction of their registration,

To all private military companies located on the Sovereign territory of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and performing the function of private military · companies and the Ministry of Defense, regardless of the jurisdiction of their registration, to come under the full subordination of the People's-State Body of the USSR on the territory of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Svetlaya Velikaya Rus, represented by the special Committee of the People's-State Body of the USSR on the territory of the Country of the Sovereign - USSR, and to provide unimpeded assistance in the implementation of this Decree.

5. This Decree is assigned the Highest Status of a Sovereign Legislative Act of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and therefore this Decree is unconditionally binding for all on the Sovereign territory of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and throughout the entire World Space.

On May 3, 2023, in order to affirm the status of the Sovereign Citizen of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and of the Free Great United Sovereign People of the USSR as a whole,

in order to achieve a sustainable self-sufficient Society of Socialist Republics, the development of the Great Bright Country of Creative Sovereign and Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

in order to develop the People's economy of the USSR, in order to establish the System of Civil Society of the Free Great United Sovereign Soviet People,

in order to strengthen and protect the principles of people's rule in the USSR,

WE DECREE

1. To establish the System of Civil Society of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the basis of International Norms of Law on Share-Based Consumer Cooperative Societies and Unions and the Law on Consumer Cooperation of the USSR.

2. The implementation of this Resolution, in the part concerning its organization, regulation and control, is entrusted to the NGB SICC SVR on the territory of the USSR.
