USSR GKChP Resolution No. SUR 031 of 22 July 2026

Resolution No. SUR 031, issued on 22 July 2026 by the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency, declares the governing bodies of the former "Russian Federation" illegal and announces the restoration of People's Control as the People's State Supervisory Authority across the USSR. It also sets out provisions on the return of Soviet property, confiscation of assets, and the claimed invalidity of acts of the so-called digital government.

USSR GKChP Resolution No. SUR 030 of 9 June 2026

Resolution No. SUR 030, dated 9 June 2026 and issued by the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency, addresses the State Bank of the USSR. It asserts the illegality of the Central Board of Banks, sets out a metrological assessment of USSR assets, and characterises the Bank of Russia as a hostile foreign agent. Further points concern the alleged sale of Soviet citizens, the transfer of the State Bank of the USSR balance sheet in Switzerland, and British debt obligations.
