Our mission: protecting human rights through international cooperation and law
Who we are
We are an association of human rights organizations operating in the space of the UN member states. Our activity is based on the principles of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as well as the constitutional guarantees of the states in which we operate. Our union is cemented by cooperation agreements signed on June 30, 2019 in Moscow between the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights (CIPDH) – the French and American branches – and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Narodnoye Delo".
What we do
We see our task as the systematic monitoring of the socio-economic problems of citizens and the search for lawful, structural and effective ways to solve them. Our activity covers several key areas:

Liberation from debt slavery – we have developed and implemented the "Pomoshch" program, which enables citizens to rid themselves of unmanageable debts by lawful methods and to counteract the arbitrariness of creditors and debt collectors.

Justice in the housing and utilities sector – our specialists help identify unjustified tariffs, recalculations and illegal charges, returning overpaid funds to people.

International legal protection – thanks to our partnership with CIPDH, we have opened up for citizens the opportunity to apply to the European Court of Human Rights and other international judicial bodies.

Legal education and monitoring – we organize round tables with the participation of representatives of the judicial system, the prosecutor's office and local self-government, disseminate information about human rights violations and work to eliminate them.
Our strength lies in legitimacy
ANO "Narodnoye Delo" has global accreditation in the United Nations system (identification number 557328). We are registered with 27 UN agencies, funds and programs, including the UN Secretariat, UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, IAEA and others. This status confirms our reliability and opens doors for cooperation with international institutions.
The agreements concluded with the French and American committees of CIPDH create a unique legal platform that allows us to represent the interests of citizens not only in national courts, but also at the international level. Together we are a force capable of restoring justice and restoring people's faith in the law.
