Our key projects

The “Pomoshch” Program – liberation from debt slavery

More than 15 million citizens of Russia and the CIS countries are today in debt bondage. Debt collectors and banks often act unlawfully, and courts do not always side with the borrower. We have developed a clear, structured and lawful instrument, which makes it possible to become fully free from debt slavery without resorting to bankruptcy and without losing property. The “Pomoshch” Program has already helped thousands of our compatriots begin a new life without debts.

What it includes:

  • a free analysis of credit history and documents;

  • identification of violations on the part of creditors;

  • pre-trial settlement and negotiations;

  • legal protection with the involvement of international law experts;

  • full write-off of debt obligations following the procedure.

Fair Utilities – refund of overpayments and cancellation of unlawful charges

Utility payments are growing, and along with them so are bills with questionable charges. Unlawful debts, inflated tariffs, payment for services not rendered – millions of families face this. Our specialists conduct a legal review of payments, identify unjustified charges and help recover overpaid funds. We do not merely advise – we represent your interests in courts and supervisory authorities.

What it includes:

  • analysis of receipts and tariffs;

  • identification of violations in the actions of management companies and service providers;

  • preparation of claims and lawsuits;

  • recovery of unlawfully charged amounts;

  • reduction of monthly payments.

International protection at the ECtHR – your voice will be heard in Europe

When national courts are powerless or unjust, the last instance remains – the European Court of Human Rights. Thanks to direct cooperation agreements with the French and American CIPDH committees, we have opened for citizens direct access to international justice. Our lawyers, who have completed internships at European human rights institutions, will prepare a complaint in accordance with all the requirements of the ECtHR and will accompany the case until a decision is rendered.

What it includes:

  • consultation on the prospects of applying to the ECtHR;

  • preparation and filing of the complaint;

  • representation of the applicant's interests before the Court;

  • interaction with the Russian Federation Commissioner at the ECtHR (if required);

  • obtaining just compensation.

Each of our projects is implemented in close cooperation with the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights (CIPDH) and relies on the resources available thanks to registration in the UN system (ID 557328).
