Structure of state projects for providing communications and transport in the Subjects of the USSR
· the Zubr project for the creation of production of universal agricultural all-terrain machines of a new generation on low-pressure tires for the purposes of harvesting, providing integrated communications, destroying weeds, applying fertilizers, spraying fields, beekeeping, firefighting, organizing tourism, ensuring law and order, etc. The goal of the project is to create production of machines for comprehensive environmentally clean servicing of the needs of the agro-technopolis and adjacent territories;
· the Chirok project for the creation of production of a broad range of agricultural amphibious aircraft without airfield basing on the basis of one of the aviation enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is planned, on the basis of Chirok machines, to replace the existing fleet of outdated aviation equipment for the treatment and monitoring of fields;
· the MP-1, Lark, BSK, EKIP projects for the production of aircraft without airfield basing with ultra-short takeoff-landing distances and unique flight-technical characteristics. The practical application of the craft was envisioned by the developers as a mass transport vehicle of a new generation, a kind of
"family-business" mini-airplane, unprecedentedly safe, convenient in operation, compact, capable of taking off and landing using minimal sites;
· the General-Purpose Ekranoplans and UTP-500/1280 projects for the production of new types of aircraft – ekranoplans of the Globus series, intended for solving a broad range of transport tasks on the water areas of rivers, large lakes and seas. The craft is capable of carrying out high-speed transportation of passengers and cargo with high economic efficiency, providing rescue, monitoring, tourist, business and other functions. The payload of ekranoplans can be heavy containers, automobile and railway transport, Antarctic drinking ice, oil-gas products from remote sea and northern fisheries (including from polar ones closed by ice), passengers, special cargo and equipment;
· the project Transport Systems of Russia of the 21st Century for the production and year-round operation of passenger, cargo, communication and special aircraft of a new generation with a carrying capacity from 10 to 1000 tons and more in the interests of the country's development, the connectivity of territories, the republics of the USSR, taking into account the terrain, distances, severe climatic conditions of the Arctic, Siberia, the Far East, the potential reserve of used resources and mineral raw materials, as well as territories by the degree of favorable conditions for the life of the population of Russia, by the term and resources of maintaining the traditional transport system and infrastructure, and taking into account the enormous operating costs, there is no alternative. The old transport system of Russia cannot meet cannot meet modern multi-criteria requirements for the rapid development of the vast territory of Russia and the improvement of the quality of life of USSR citizens, unlike the territories of small countries.
The approved Program combines the development of all sectors, regional hybrid energy based on low- and medium-capacity nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, infrastructure, environmental, educational, technological, social and other projects, with the aim of satisfying the energy, food, humanitarian, cultural and technological needs of the Great Soviet Sovereign People of the USSR.
