Ref. ChKK-01/2Z 02.05.2023

LEGAL DEFINITION OF THE ChKK OF THE USSR

The trading company "Russian Federation — Russia" as a commercial code with registration Russian Democratic Federative Republic (RDFR of 1918) in the state of Delaware.

The Institute of Governor, as the continuer of the Russian Empire.

NOTE:

On November 30, 1991, B. Yeltsin, as the self-appointed president of the RSFSR under the then-current Constitution of the USSR (Fundamental Law), signed a Decree appointing B. Nemtsov as head of the administration of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and in the very first week of work in that position B. Nemtsov issued an order according to which he, the head of the oblast Soviet authority, was now officially to be called governor, and in December of that same year the oblast Council of People's Deputies, on Nemtsov's personal instruction, approved the new name of the position — governor.

Presidential Decree of 30.11.1991 No. 245 "On the Head of the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast"

The ChKK of the USSR determined:

The law of a subject of the Russian Federation regulating the recall of the highest official of a subject of the Russian Federation (head of the highest executive body of state power of a subject of the Russian Federation) says not a word about governors.

Federal Law on elections of governors:

1 - Federal Law of May 2, 2012 No. 40-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law 'On the General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation'."

2 - Federal Law "On the Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right to Participate in a Referendum of Citizens of the Russian Federation"

Date of signing: 02.05.2012 Published: 03.05.20l2

The name of the position of the highest official of a subject of the Federation is determined by its own legislation and therefore, in these circumstances, the heads of oblasts and krais are called "governors."

In the national republics, heads of the republics correspond to (governors) (for example, Tatarstan, Chechnya, Mordovia).

In certain regions the name "head of the oblast administration" is also used, etc.

Federal Law of 29.06.2015 No. 174 - FZ

On Amendments to Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation" likewise THERE IS NOT A WORD ABOUT THE GOVERNOR.

Thus, in the absence of a Federal, or any kind of private code, law on governors as the highest officials in the subjects within the trading company of the Russian Federation, the name and position of governor is a void, forged, and falsified act that has no basis for it on the part of the highest officials in the subjects of the Russian Federation.

The ChKK of the USSR Proposes a legal text for a Decree/Resolution within the framework of international justice and the legal circulation of registries, accounting and registrations of trading companies in trust formations in the World understanding of Quasi-states and obligations.

The person acting as President of the Russian Federation - Russia, all officials, deputy officials and employees of federal executive bodies of the trading company of the Russian Federation are duly notified by the USSR Supreme Soviet and the GKChP USSR as State bodies of military-political power on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, for the liquidation and termination of the existence of the federal executive bodies in the Russian Federation for the exclusive benefit of the Soviet State, supreme, central, elected, republican and local bodies of State power and administration, and likewise for the transfer of the functions of state administration to the Executive Committees of the Soviets of People's Deputies of the Working People, on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, as provided for by the Soviet Constitutions since 1918, and has assumed full responsibility for the actions (inactions) of the elected, official, deputy officials and employees of the federal executive bodies of the trading company of the Russian Federation, if they violate the Sovereign Rights and Legitimate Interests of the USSR and Soviet citizens, if the Laws of the USSR and Soviet Legislation are not complied with.

By this Resolution, the USSR Supreme Soviet and the GKChP USSR, as State bodies of military-political power on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, abolish, repeal and annul the operation of the norms of the status of governor as a forged normative fact of the highest official in the subjects of the trading company of the Russian Federation from 01 December 1991 to the present time, in view of its nullity, as a forged and falsified act having no legal grounds for it on the part of the highest officials in the subjects of the Russian Federation, such as, for instance, the absence of registration of the brand "governor" in any register and registry of all trading companies and commercial codes of the Orders, as well as in the books of account according to the normative rules for determining status in the trading Corporation.

The person acting as President of the Russian Federation and all officials, deputy officials and employees of the federal executive bodies of the trading company of the Russian Federation in the International Court, tribunal and arbitration under the Convention on Restitution are responsible for the return of 100% of the income from the turnover of securities to the Citizen of the USSR and the Soviet Man, and their value over 20 years, by all attorneys, brokers and

By this Resolution, the USSR Supreme Soviet and the GKChP USSR, as State bodies of military-political power on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, duly notify that all employees, officials and deputy officials of the MVD, FSB, Ministry of Defense, SVR, MFA, FSIN and Rosfinmonitoring of the trading company of the Russian Federation become military and state criminals bearing criminal responsibility in the USSR Military Field Tribunal and under the laws of wartime under Articles 64-118 of the Criminal Code (RSFSR), which provide for the highest measure of punishment and social protection, in the event that they adopt a decision on the undesirability of the stay (residence) of a Citizen of the USSR and the Soviet Man on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, such as the continental shelf of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.08.2021 No. 1390 "On the procedure for adopting a decision on the undesirability of the stay (residence) of a foreign citizen, which is deemed to include a Citizen of the USSR and the Soviet Man or a stateless person in the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, as well as on the suspension and cancellation of such a decision in respect of a stateless person who has received a temporary identity document of a stateless person in the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, except for a decision on the undesirability of the stay (residence) of a foreign citizen or stateless person in the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, adopted in connection with the existence of circumstances creating a real threat to public health, and on the recognition as no longer in force of acts and certain provisions of acts of the government of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation" - publication number 0001202108250020, which is invalid and null, and has no legal force, since it has not received proper state registration and was not duly published in the official press.

The same responsibility is provided for evasion, non-issuance or refusal to issue to a Citizen of the USSR and the Soviet Man, and his descendants in the direct descending line, temporary identity documents for a Citizen of the USSR and the Soviet Man on the territory of the continental shelf of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation.

On an equal footing with the above-mentioned persons, for the actions (inactions) of employees, officials and deputy officials of the MVD, FSB, Ministry of Defense, SVR, MFA, FSIN and Rosfinmonitoring of the trading company of the Russian Federation, joint liability in international criminal courts and tribunals is borne by the person acting as the resident of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the government of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation M. V. Mishustin and other persons who have conferred upon them class ranks.

By this Decree, the BHC USSR and the GKChP USSR, as State bodies of military-political power on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, establish that all persons holding class ranks of civil service, class ranks of justice, diplomatic ranks of the federal state civil service, the state civil service of the subjects of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, law enforcement and municipal service as an institution of Roman hereditary property law in the trading corporation of the Russian Federation, who acquire through rank civil rights as citizens of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation under Federal Law of 27.07.2004 No. 579-FZ "On the State Civil Service of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation", Federal Law No. 58-FZ "On the System of State Service of the Russian Federation" and Federal Law No. 25-FZ "On Municipal Service in the Russian Federation", to whom ranks have been assigned by Decree of the President of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation of 01.02.2005 No. 113 "On the Procedure for Assigning and Preserving Class Ranks of the State Civil Service of the trading corporation of the Russian Federation" and by other acts of other persons, as well as persons who have assigned such ranks, bear special responsibility and answer together with descendants who are deprived of rights before the Soviet Military Tribunal and under the laws of wartime, as well as the special presence of the Supreme Court of the USSR, as collaborators, if they are not in service with the Ministry of Defense of the USSR, or are acting under non-Soviet and foreign law.

By this Decree, the BHC USSR and the GKChP USSR, as State bodies of military-political power on the territory of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, establish and declare, testify, confirm and certify that the rights, titles and powers of the corporate Duma of the Federal Assembly of the trading company of the Russian Federation as the continuer of the State Duma of the Russian (Empire (1905-1917) are finally annulled and extinguished forever in Space and in Time.
