For the purpose of implementing the Decree of the Great Country of the Sovereign of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, No. PVK - 033 of March 23, 2023,
I ORDER
to create the State Committee on the State of Emergency (abbreviated GKChP) and to vest it with the Supreme Right of administration and decision-making on the re-registration and reorganization of the State company "Russian Federation - Russia", bringing it into conformity with the Legislation of the Great Country of the Sovereign - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Norms of International Law.
To appoint as Chairman of the GKChP the Chairman of the State Service Union Antiterror of the Committee of State Security of the USSR, General of the Army, Comrade Boris Khachimovich Satushiev.
To appoint as Secretary of the GKChP, Major General of the State Service Union Antiterror of the Committee of State Security of the USSR, Comrade Irina Alekseevna Gorbacheva.
To appoint as Commissar of the GKChP, Lieutenant General of the State Service Union Antiterror of the Committee of State Security of the USSR To appoint as Commissar of the GKChP, Lieutenant General of the State Service Union Antiterror of the Committee of State Security of the USSR, Comrade Arseniy Stanislavovich Chernomorov.
