Timeframes and main stages of implementation
The Program is designed for the period 2024-2048, in stages.
First stage 2024-2028,
Second stage 2029-2033,
Third stage 2034-2038,
Fourth stage 2039-2043,
Fifth stage 2044-2048.
Each stage of the Program's implementation is adopted by the planning committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and approved by the Government of the USSR.
The approved Program combines the development of all sectors, regional hybrid energy based on low- and medium-capacity nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, infrastructure, environmental, educational, technological, social and other projects, with the aim of satisfying the energy, food, humanitarian, cultural and technological needs of the Great Soviet Sovereign People of the USSR.
