Garrison of Military Unit No. 2382

ORDER
The State Committee on the State of Emergency of the USSR, as a State military-political body of Special Composition and a Conference of special presence with expanded powers in the
Country Sovereign — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (hereinafter the GKChP USSR), by this order establishes and re-establishes the activity of special tactical military subunits under the operational group of the border troops of the State Security Committee of the USSR (hereinafter the KGB USSR), and of Cossack troops as Soviet Red Banner formations (within the framework of statutory activity), as troops under the USSR Defense Committee and the Supreme Headquarters with its operational management by the People's Commissar
of Defense and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR (SNK USSR), with the restoration of the official powers of the People's Border Commissar of the operational group of the border troops of the KGB USSR. In fulfillment of USSR Decree No. PVK - 033 of 26 March 2023 and Resolution of the GKChP USSR No. SUR - 01 of 30.03.2023,We order:
1, To restore the military unit under No. military unit 2382 of the operational group
of the border troops of the KGB USSR, field post A-2382, as a military
garrison and directly subordinate to the chairman of the GKChP USSR as chairman of the USSR Defense Council, in the Southern Naval
Operational Command District, which includes the territories
of the Crimean, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, (SVOK), with its operational staff, military field tribunal,
garrison justice and chief military prosecutor.
2. To appoint as commander of the military unit and border military
garrison of military unit No. 2382 of the operational group of the border troops of the KGB
of the USSR, field post A-2382, with conferral of the next naval military rank, Captain First Rank of the Navy of the USSR, People's Commissar of the USSR Igor Arkadievich Kozin (Order of the State Committee on the State of Emergency No. P-02 of 06.04.2023).3. To assign to the military garrison of military unit No. 2382 of the operational group of the border troops of the KGB of the USSR in the YUVOK and to ensure the legal status
of the Red Banner Soviet Cossack Host, (hereinafter the KSKV)
field post K-2382, within the framework of the statutory activity and the provision
on the Cossack Host, as a host under the USSR Defense Committee and the Supreme Headquarters with its operational administration and garrison staff at military unit No. 2382 of the operational group of the border troops of the KGB of the USSR in the YUVOK.
4. By this order, to consider the military unit of the border military
garrison of military unit No. 2382 of the operational group of the border troops of the KGB of the USSR, field post A-2382, including the city of Union significance
Sevastopol, as the base of the Red Banner Black Sea Fleet of the USSR,
which is located in the YUVOK and under the operational administration of the State Committee on the State of Emergency of the USSR.This Order enters into Legal Force from the moment of its signing.
