Simay State Unitary Enterprise was established on April 9, 2000 by order of the Administration of the Simaysky District.
Due to the financial difficulties that arose, in 2008 the founder of the organization decided to liquidate the legal entity, but later, in July 2010, the Government decided to revive the enterprise and canceled the liquidation decision.
Already in August 2010, the founder of the organization decided to appoint Vladimir Romanovich Gradov as the head.
In its activities, Simay State Unitary Enterprise is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, resolutions, and orders.
