Biography
Born on March 27, 1979 in the city of Simay.
Graduated from the Simay Construction Institute (civil engineer), the Simay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (lawyer), Candidate of Legal Sciences.
He began his career at the Simaysky state farm as a locksmith. He then worked as a mechanic, motor operator, and tractor driver. In 1999, he was hired by the federal treasury as a revenue treasurer. His subsequent career was connected with the automation of accounting and budget processes. In 2000, he received a second higher education, graduating from the Simaysky Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (lawyer). From 2002, he headed the department of the territorial treasury of the GFU in the Simaysky district. In January 2011, he was appointed to the position of first deputy mayor of the Simaysky city municipal formation. On 02 February 2016, he was elected mayor of the Simaysky city municipal formation. Married, six children.
