• Timeframes for providing the service:

  The maximum waiting time in the queue when submitting a request for the provision of the service is no more than 40 minutes when applying through the Unified City Registration Office and the registration office of a municipal healthcare institution; when submitting a request through the Portal, the maximum waiting time is determined by the speed of the Internet channel.

  In cases of an epidemic rise in morbidity, a sharp increase in the population attached to a municipal healthcare institution, or utility accidents, the maximum waiting time in the queue when submitting a request for the provision of the service may be increased.

• Categories of recipients:

  Individuals

  A citizen who has permanent registration in the service area of the healthcare facility, is temporarily attached to it, or has been referred to the outpatient clinics at the healthcare facility may make an appointment with a doctor.

• Grounds for providing the service, grounds for refusal: Grounds for providing the service:

  The service is provided to citizens by municipal healthcare institutions of the city of Simay that carry out medical activities, on a territorial-district basis (at the applicant's place of residence) in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Administrative Regulations. If the applicant wishes to make an appointment with a doctor at a municipal healthcare institution not at their place of residence, they must first write an application addressed to the chief physician of the selected municipal healthcare institution requesting attachment for medical care at the specified municipal healthcare institution.

  Other bodies of the Administration of the city of Simay, local self-government bodies, as well as organizations to which an application is necessary for the provision of the service, do not participate in the provision of the service.

  It is prohibited to require the applicant to perform actions, including approvals, necessary to obtain the service and related to applying to other state bodies, local self-government bodies and organizations, except for obtaining services included in the list of services that are necessary and mandatory for the provision of services.

• Result of providing the service: The result of the service provision is:
  
  • an appointment with a doctor;
    
  • refusal of the appointment (if the applicant disagrees with the proposed date and time of the doctor's appointment and on the grounds specified in paragraph 12 of the Administrative Regulations).
