  • Copy of a document certifying the rights (powers) of the representative of a natural or legal person, if the application is submitted by the applicant's (applicants') representative
  • Copy of a document identifying the applicant (applicants) who is a natural person, or the identity of the representative of a natural or legal person;
  • Application
  • Layout plan of the land plot on the cadastral plan or cadastral map of the relevant territory, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of current legislation (4 copies); or other documents certifying (establishing) rights to such land plot (in the case of approval of the layout plan of the land plot on which buildings, structures, or constructions are located).
  • Copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity (for legal entities), copy of the certificate of registration of a natural person as an individual entrepreneur (for individual entrepreneurs)
  • Documents submitted by the applicant on his own initiative or requested through interdepartmental information interaction.
  • Copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property and Transactions with It on rights to a building, structure, or construction located on the land plot
  • Cadastral extract on the land plot.
