RESOLUTION
USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency, as the Supreme Body of state authority of the Great Sovereign State - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,
HEREBY RESOLVES:
For the purposes of the necessary infrastructure development and the performance of state tasks and people's and state functions relating to the development and improvement of the welfare of the sovereign civil society of the Great Sovereign State — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, based on the Sovereign International Law on Shareholding, Consumer and Cooperative Societies and Unions (Military and People's Council Resolution No. PVK-036 dated 3 May 2023) and the USSR Law on Consumer Cooperation.
Allocate and transfer the following land plots in the sovereign territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to the USSR People's and State Authority, the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative “Svetlaya Velikaya Rus”, for indefinite use free of charge:
• USSR, RSFSR, Russia, Saratov Region, Engels District, village of Podgornoye, with a total area of 138949 square metres;
• USSR, RSFSR, Russia, Saratov Region, Engels District, village of Ternovka, with a total area of 58026 square metres;
• USSR, RSFSR, Russia, Saratov Region, Engels District, the area of the village of Berezovka, with a total area of 443287 square metres.
This Resolution is a Sovereign Legal Act and enters into force upon signature.
