NOTICE
The State Cooperative Enterprise “Russian Federation — Russia” conveys its respects to all and has the honour to give the following notice. Acting pursuant to and in implementation of the Sovereign Legal Decrees of the Great Sovereign State — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (No. SUR-025 dated 23 April 2025 and No. D/N-035 dated 28 May 2025), Russian Federation — Russia confirms, with full legal responsibility, that:
1. Since its re-registration, the Soviet State Cooperative Enterprise “Russian Federation — Russia” has not entered into any contracts or agreements for recruitment into military service, nor has it issued any mandate or authority to conduct such activities.
2. Since its re-registration, the Soviet State Cooperative Enterprise “Russian Federation — Russia” has not conducted any military operations or special operations within its territory or within the territories of other Union republics forming part of the USSR, including the Ukrainian SSR, nor has it issued any mandate or authority to conduct such activities.
3. Since its re-registration, the Soviet State Cooperative Enterprise “Russian Federation — Russia” has not maintained a register of land, immovable property, corporate, proprietary, legal or other rights, nor has it issued any mandate or authority to conduct such activities.
4. All agreements concluded and other actions taken since the registration of the Soviet State Cooperative Enterprise “Russian Federation — Russia” shall be deemed invalid.
5. Any declarations, approvals, formalisation, registrations of any kind and other actions shall be deemed illegitimate and invalid.
This Notice has official legal status throughout the entire sovereign territory of the Great Sovereign State - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and worldwide.
