RESOLUTION
USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency, as the Supreme Body of state authority of the Great Sovereign State - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,
HEREBY RESOLVES:
For the purpose of complying with USSR legislation and fulfilling pension obligations to the sovereign citizens of the Great Sovereign State — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, restore the USSR Extrabudgetary Social Security Fund and approve a budget for pension payments to all Soviet pensioners in 2024 in the amount of 2 520 000 000,00 (two billion five hundred and twenty million) Gold Soviet Roubles MO M1 (XAU) GSR, to be funded from extrabudgetary state funds.
This Resolution enters into force upon signature.
