and heirs of the Sovereign Victorious People, sovereign citizens of the USSR.

Point 2

Debt obligations of the British nation to the State Bank of the USSR and the accounting unit of the Golden Rouble.

Since 1961, the sovereign Debt and Liability Title has reached the amount of 84,513,240,000 (Eighty-four billion five hundred thirteen million two hundred and forty thousand) roubles in gold, as recorded in the World Banking System, and as 21,128,310,000 (Twenty-one billion one hundred twenty-eight million three hundred ten thousand) US dollars or re-registered as 19,000 (Nineteen thousand) tons of gold with a purity of 99.99%, according to Soviet requirements from the institutions of the State Bank of the USSR.

Since 1961, the increase in commodity-money turnover in the USSR from 84’513’240’000 (Eighty-four billion five hundred thirteen million two hundred and forty thousand) roubles gives rise to the British nation, starting in 1836, of a Sovereign National Debt and Liability Title in the amount of 50 kopecks from each rouble, taken into account by double entry in the deposit sovereign citizens of the USSR, in the institutions of the State Bank of the USSR and special accounts of sovereign citizens of the USSR in the savings banks of the Soviet Union, where the annual increase in the debt of the British nation amounted to a debt of 40 kopecks from each rouble and entails the emergence of a debt of the British nation deferred for 30 years in the amount of 90 kopecks from each rouble, on which the LIBOR rate of 4% per annum is subject to accrual, to the Sovereign International Treasury M1.

The Extraordinary Military-Political Organ of the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency established the following limits and the state of the State Treasury of the USSR, under the Sovereign International Treasury M1, which arose since 1991, taking into account the difference in the scale of naming numbers:

which were unlawfully accepted and fraudulently entered in the records, accounts and balance sheets of Moscow Narodny Bank Limited. All resulting rouble inflation since 1961 is imputed to, and included in, the sovereign debt of the United States to Gosbank USSR under the Sovereign International Treasury M1.

Since 1961, according to the export operations of the USSR in US dollars, when recalculated through roubles, calculations of profitability before and after the reform of 1961, the Sanhedrin and its people, according to the foreign trade balance of the USSR, for every 1 US dollar of export income, incurred 4 US dollars of losses, which in roubles were taken into account as 10 roubles 62 kopecks or 10.75 grams of purity gold 99.99%, per US dollar.

According to International Law, the cash currency (money) of the USSR in denominations of 10 Soviet roubles and above is the private currency of sovereign citizens of the USSR and serves as a means of payment. Its turnover on behalf of the Soviet Union is secured by the obligations of the State Bank of the USSR, under the Sovereign International Treasury M1.

In such legal circumstances, according to International Law, the Sovereign International Treasury M1, by this Sovereign Decree of the USSR State Committee for the State of Emergency, declares:
