   • Golden Soviet Sleeve Account (Gold Standard).

   • Golden Pecю Account (Gold Standard).

3. Assign the initial placement of funds:

   • USDB: 10 trillion (backed by XAU under Basel III).

   • Golden Soviet Sleeve: 10 billion.

   • Golden Dollar: 10 billion.
