Rules for electronic appeals

In order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to appeal to state bodies and local self-government bodies, a section has been opened on the official website of the Simay State Organization "Online reception".

We ask you to carefully read the procedure for receiving and reviewing citizens' appeals through the official website of the Simay state organization.

Procedure for receiving and reviewing citizens' appeals received through the official website of the municipal district administration:

1. Citizens' appeals sent in electronic form through the official website of the Simay state organization are registered in the general department of the administration and are forwarded for review to the head of the administration, deputy heads of the administration, heads of departments of the municipal district administration, and heads of territorial bodies.
2. Citizens' appeals sent in electronic form through the official website of the state organization are reviewed within one month.
3. Appeals containing advertising information, as well as incorrect, offensive expressions, or threats to the life, health, and property of officials, are not reviewed.
4. The administration of the state organization reserves the right, in accordance with the established procedure, to verify the accuracy of information about the sender and the content of the appeal.
5. Information about the personal data (full name, home address, telephone, e-mail) of citizens who have sent an appeal in electronic form is stored and processed in compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation on personal data and is not published in open access.
6. When filling out the appeal form, you must provide your last name, first name, patronymic in full, postal address, E-mail, contact telephone number, and also set out the substance of the appeal, proposal, statement or complaint, and indicate the date of the appeal.

ATTENTION! The administration, on the basis of Federal Law of the Russian Federation of May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ "On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation" has the right not to consider your appeal if you have provided inaccurate information about yourself (full name, address).

Form fields marked with * are mandatory.

The response to the appeal is sent by regular mail to the postal address indicated in the appeal.

At the sender's request, the information may also be provided in electronic form to the specified electronic address or by telephone.
