Construction and reconstruction
SUE Simai is engaged in the construction and major repair of residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, polyclinics, as well as the improvement of courtyards and adjacent territories.
In a broad sense, construction (as an industry) also includes major and routine repair of buildings and structures, as well as their reconstruction, restoration and renovation.
The construction process includes all organizational, survey, design, construction-installation and commissioning works related to the creation, modification or demolition of an object, as well as interaction with competent authorities regarding the performance of such works.
The result of construction is considered to be an erected building (structure) with interior finishing, functioning engineering-technological systems and a complete set of documentation as provided for by law.
