USSR Civil Defense Academy

The enemy does not sleep...
It is in social networks, TV series, memes — everywhere where the will is killed, patriotism is shamed, heroes are replaced by idols of consumption.
The Academy's lectures are the last frontier where they teach:
→ To see poisons behind the sweet wrapper of "tolerance" and "progress".
→ To distinguish science from pseudo-theories that cultivate spiritual weakness.
→ To remember who we are: a nation of victors, not a herd being led into a digital concentration camp.

The mission of the Civil Defense Academy is not merely struggle. It is a sacred duty before those who fell for the USSR in the trenches of Stalingrad, who raised the country from the ruins of war, who were the first to go into space. We are the heirs of their feat. And if earlier heroism was measured by blood on the fields of battle, today it is measured by strength of spirit in the battle for truth. Today's youth stands on the front line of a different front — the front of cultural and spiritual resistance, where it is important not only to remember the past, but also to defend the future from alien ideologies imposed by globalization and Western propaganda.

Our answer lies in turning to our roots, to the millennia-old wisdom of our ancestors, to the distinctiveness of Russian civilization and the diversity of the peoples of Russia.

This is not blind isolationism, but a conscious choice in favor of traditions, where every culture, from taiga settlements to mountain auls, weaves its own patterns into the common fabric of the Motherland. Teenagers must know not only Gagarin's feat, but also the power of folk tales, where good triumphs not through technology but through wisdom; not only the Battle of Stalingrad, but also the labor heroism of the builders of the BAM, the scientists of Skolkovo or the volunteers of Donbass.

Patriotism today is the ability to distinguish truth from manipulation, to take pride in one's native language, to preserve the memory of one's ancestors and to create the new while relying on their heritage. It is a rejection of imposed templates of "success," where a person's worth is reduced to consumption, and a return to the ideals of honor, mutual assistance and service to the common good. The Academy sees its task as being, through education, art and digital media, to reveal to young people the richness of the national history, to teach them to think critically, but without bitterness — with love for their land and respect for the uniqueness of others.

We do not fight the wind of others' ideas — we light our own fires. Just as our grandfathers stood firm under tanks, so must we stand firm under the onslaught of information war, preserving the soul of the people. In this lies the new heroism. In this lies our victory.
