  The basis for commencing the provision of the state service for state registration of establishment of paternity is an application by the applicants (applicant) to the body providing the state service, with the simultaneous submission of all duly executed documents.

• Result of providing the service: Issuance to the applicant of a certificate of state registration of a civil status act (in the cases established by the Federal Law, a certificate of state registration of a civil status act) of the established form, or refusal of state registration of a civil status act.
