  The basis for state registration of conclusion of marriage is a joint application by the persons entering into marriage.

• Result of providing the service: Issuance to the applicant of a certificate of state registration of a civil status act (in the cases established by the Federal Law, a certificate of state registration of a civil status act) of the established form, or refusal of state registration of a civil status act.
• Documents required to obtain the service: Permission to enter into marriage before reaching marriageable age, in the case where the person (persons) entering into marriage is a minor.
