  Grounds for providing the service:

  The basis for commencing the provision of the state service for state registration of birth is a personal application by the applicants (applicant) to the body providing the state service, with the simultaneous submission of all duly executed documents provided for by paragraphs 21 - 23 of the Administrative Regulation.

• Result of providing the service: Issuance to the applicant of a certificate of state registration of a civil status act (in the cases established by the Federal Law, a certificate of state registration of a civil status act) of the established form, or refusal of state registration of a civil status act.
