  Procedure for registering a request:

  Upon receipt by the inspectorate of the documents, the specialist responsible for receiving and registering the documents submitted to the inspectorate shall register the documents submitted to the inspectorate and issue a receipt for the inspectorate's receipt of said documents. Registration of the documents submitted to the inspectorate shall be carried out by assigning to said documents an incoming number indicating the date of their receipt by the inspectorate.

  Submission of documents for the state registration of legal entities whose founder is a legal entity that is in the process of liquidation.
  
  Non-compliance with the notarial form of the submitted documents in cases where such form is mandatory in accordance with federal laws.
• Result of providing the service: Issuance of a document confirming the fact of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL), or of a decision to refuse state registration.
