  Procedure for registering a request:

  The application may be filled out by hand, by typewriter, by means of electronic printing devices, or generated in electronic form using the information resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the Internet or the Unified Portal. A written application accepted for consideration is subject to registration within 15 minutes after its acceptance. An application received in the form of an electronic document is subject to registration within the working day following the day of receipt of the application. An application for the provision of the state service with documents attached in electronic form may be sent by the applicant using the information resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the Internet or the Unified Portal. The application is accepted by an official during the entire time established by the schedule for receiving citizens at the examination unit. In the event of the failure of the applicant who applied to the examination unit using the information resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the Internet, via the Unified Portal or using an appointment, to appear at the appointed time, his waiting period is 30 minutes, after which the reception of the said applicant and the processing of documents are carried out in the general procedure. Registration of the application is carried out by entering the information specified in the application into the information systems intended to support the activities of the State Traffic Inspectorate units.
