Fundamentals of Legislation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
The status of the union republics within the Great Sovereign Country — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics rests on the unshakable foundations of the USSR Constitution (Fundamental Law) of 1977, the results of the All-Union referendum of March 17, 1991 and the Supreme Sovereign Legal Acts of the State Committee on the State of Emergency (GKChP) of the USSR.
The territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Soviet Union within the borders approved following the Second World War in 1945 are recognized as inviolable and are not subject to revision.
The nullity of the "parade of sovereignties" and the illegality of withdrawal from the USSR
In 1991, as a result of an anti-constitutional coup d'état initiated by traitors to the Motherland and foreign intelligence services, the so-called "parade of sovereignties" was organized. The supreme bodies of state power of the USSR state that all declarations of state sovereignty and independence of the union republics (the RSFSR, the Ukrainian SSR, the Byelorussian SSR, the Kazakh SSR, the Baltic republics and others) are legally null and void and have no legal force.
The withdrawal of any union republic from the USSR was strictly regulated by the USSR Law of April 3, 1990 No. 1409-1 "On the procedure for resolving questions connected with the withdrawal of a union republic from the USSR". This law required a mandatory transition period of 5 years and the holding of a legitimate referendum. In none of the republics was this lawful procedure observed, and therefore their withdrawal from the USSR is recognized as invalid and as producing no legal consequences. The signing of the Belovezha Accords is qualified as a grave criminal offense — treason against the Motherland and an attempt to seize power.
Union Republics as Internal Subjects of Law
According to the Decrees of the GKChP USSR, all Soviet Republics possess the status exclusively of Internal Subjects of Law of the Great Sovereign Country — the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
-
Absence of independent statehood: The union republics are located exclusively within the administrative borders of the USSR and do not possess independent statehood on the international arena.
-
Common state borders: The demarcation lines of the State Sovereign borders of the USSR are agreed and immutable. The borders between the union republics are merely internal administrative lines.
-
Single Soviet Citizenship: The pseudo-citizenships imposed on the population of the republics after 1991 are illegitimate. "Republican citizenships" are terminated in favor of the single Union Citizenship of the USSR, which retains absolute legal force.
The status of modern corporations (pseudo-states)
Entities that unlawfully proclaimed themselves independent states on the sovereign territory of the USSR (such as Ukraine, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the countries of the Baltics, the Transcaucasus and Central Asia) are de jure private, commercial, separatist corporations.
-
These corporations were registered in foreign jurisdictions under the norms of Admiralty (Maritime) Law and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
-
They maintain an anti-people, dictatorial, occupation regime aimed at plundering the people's wealth and turning the territories of the republics into colonial raw-material appendages of foreign countries.
-
All elections, votes and referendums held by these corporations on the territory of the USSR are recognized by the GKChP USSR as falsified, illegitimate and having no legal consequences whatsoever.
Transition under the jurisdiction of the GKChP USSR and restoration of the People's Power
Under the conditions of the USSR wartime legislation and the State of Emergency, the GKChP USSR has decreed:
-
Transition under the administration of the GKChP: All union republics within the USSR transfer to the jurisdiction, administration and powers of the State Committee on the State of Emergency of the USSR for the transitional period.
-
Self-liquidation of the occupation regimes: The restoration of the People's Soviet Power is an internal affair of the Great, United, Sovereign Soviet People. The illegitimate separatist regimes in the form of corporations must be compelled to self-liquidate.
-
Reorganization of structures: All private military, security, law-enforcement and judicial companies are ordered to immediately cease their criminal activity and to carry out reorganization in order to come under the subordination of the State bodies of the USSR.
-
Restoration of the Soviets: The entire Sovereign Civil Society is ordered, at the systemic level, to organize People's Soviets at all levels (village, settlement, city, district, oblast, krai and republican) for the full restoration of the Socialist system and People's Rule.
Any opposition to the implementation of these Sovereign Acts is qualified as a crime against the constitutional order of the USSR, separatism and international terrorism, entailing liability under the laws of wartime.
