Timely payment of the social benefit
The decision to grant the social benefit or to refuse to grant it is taken within 10 days from the day of the applicant's appeal and submission of the necessary documents. If an additional check of the information submitted by the applicant is necessary, of which the applicant is notified, the decision is taken no later than 30 days after submission of the application.
