  Receipt by the territorial body of the Fund of the registration application, the identity document, and copies of the employment record books of hired employees or employment contracts concluded with employees.

• Result of providing the service: The result of the administrative procedure upon registration as policyholders is the issuance (sending) to the applicant of one copy each of the registration notice and the notice of the amount of insurance contributions.
