Legal status of the real estate registry of the Russian Federation and liability for unlawful actions against USSR citizens
On the basis of an analysis of the sovereign legislation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the legal positions of the State Committee on the State of Emergency of the USSR (GKChP USSR), the following legal assessment is presented.
Ⅰ. Legal status of the real estate registry of the "Russian Federation"
① Unlawfulness of its creation and activity. Rosreestr in the former trading company "Russian Federation – Russia" is recognized as a void falsified act, which was unable to obtain proper publication in the official press as a forged and unlawful body.
② Absence of legal grounds. According to the documents of the GKChP USSR, Rosreestr, as a private "federal" body, has no corresponding rights and powers in relation to real estate objects and property rights belonging to the Sovereign Citizens of the USSR.
③ Violation of sovereign rights. The activity of Rosreestr is carried out in violation of the Decree "On Land" of the Second All-Russian Congress of Soviets of Workers', Soldiers' and Peasants' Deputies of 26 October 1917 (State number No. - R191700004) and the Fundamentals of Legislation of the Union of SSR of 28.02.1990 No. 1251-I.
Ⅱ. Assignment of cadastral numbers to the housing stock of the USSR
④ Unlawfulness of cadastral registration. No one in the "Russian Federation" as a trade and commercial company has the right to carry out cadastral registration of the sovereign land of the USSR. All assigned cadastral numbers are void and do not give rise to legal consequences.
⑤ Actual legal status. The only the lawful state registration number of the sovereign land of the USSR is: R191700004 of November 26, 1917. All other accounting systems are recognized as falsified mirrors.
⑥ Preservation of property rights. The owner of the house, real estate and land must be designated as the Sovereign Citizen of the USSR as the Trust Owner and Manager of the real estate and the Sovereign Soviet Land.
Ⅲ. Liability of officials for unlawful actions
⑦ Criminal-law qualification. Unlawful actions against citizens of the USSR are subject to qualification under the Criminal Code of the RSFSR with the application of the supreme measure of punishment to especially dangerous state criminals.
⑧ Range of subjects of liability. Liability is borne by:
- The leadership of Rosreestr
- Officials carrying out unlawful cadastral registration
- Persons who issued unlawful directives and orders
⑨ Procedural specifics. Cases are considered by USSR military field tribunals in the special wartime procedure with the application of wartime laws.
Ⅳ. Recommendations to citizens of the USSR
Citizens of the USSR are recommended:
- Not to recognize the lawfulness of the cadastral registration carried out by Rosreestr
- To demand the application of liability measures to the guilty under the Criminal Code of the RSFSR
- To file statements about crimes with the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR

Legal status of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in the Russian Federation?
Legal status of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in the Russian Federation?
Legal status of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in the Russian Federation: legal analysis on the basis of sovereign legislation
① Unlawfulness of creation and functioning
The Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) was created on the basis of the private federal law of 08.08.2001 No. 129-FZ "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs"[^1]. This register is a void falsified act which was unable to obtain proper publication in the official press of the USSR.
② Absence of state registration
Rosreestr, as a private "federal" body, and its service do not have the corresponding rights and powers with regard to cooperation and the provision of private services, since it has not passed state registration as a lawful body of state authority of the USSR.
③ Commercial nature of the activity
All bodies of authority and administration of the trading company "Russian Federation – Russia" are registered as commercial legal entities whose rights have all been terminated and whose titles to act for and on behalf of the State Authority of the Great Sovereign Country – the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics have all been extinguished.
④ International-law illegitimacy
According to the private "federal" law No. 101-FZ "On international treaties of the Russian Federation" of 01 December 2007, the former trading company "Russian Federation – Russia" admitted in the international community that it has the status not of a state but of an authorized trading commercial organization.
⑤ Absence of law-enforcement powers
Even under the private Russian legislation "On the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation", as a non-state institution (OGRN 1037739668834), is prohibited from law-enforcement activity, and it has no lawful rights to maintain registers.
⑥ Regime of liquidation and bankruptcy
The trading company "Russian Federation – Russia" has since 2001 existed temporarily in a regime of liquidation and bankruptcy with subsequent buyout in 2023, where it was re-registered from Anglo-British jurisdiction.
⑦ Invalidity of registration actions
All actions for the registration of legal entities in the EGRUL are void, since they are carried out by an unlawful body that does not have the corresponding powers from the sovereign state of the USSR.
Conclusion
The Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation is an unlawful formation created by a commercial structure without powers from the sovereign state of the USSR. All entries in this register have no legal force on the territory of the USSR. Sovereign citizens of the USSR have the right to demand the recognition as invalid of all registration actions performed by this unlawful body.
Recommendations to USSR citizens:
- Demand that registration actions be carried out only through the subregister of the State Register of the USSR under the Treasury of the USSR
- Challenge in the established procedure any actions of the unlawful "registering bodies"
- Apply to the bodies of the GKChP USSR for the protection of their lawful rights.

Who exercises supervision in the sphere of housing and communal services in the Russian Federation?
Who exercises supervision in the sphere of housing and communal services in the Russian Federation?
Based on an analysis of the sovereign legislation of the USSR and the documents of the State Committee on the State of Emergency, I give the following legal assessment:
Legal status of supervisory bodies in the sphere of housing and communal services
① Absence of legitimate supervisory bodies
On the territory of the RSFSR there are no lawful supervisory bodies in the sphere of housing and communal services, since:
- All structures positioning themselves as "supervisory bodies" were created by the commercial organization "Russian Federation - Russia"
- These entities have not undergone state registration in accordance with USSR legislation
- There are no lawful mandates for exercising supervisory functions
② Unlawfulness of commercial supervision
Organizations exercising supposedly "supervision" in the sphere of housing and communal services are:
- Private commercial structures
- Legal entities without state status
- Illegitimate entities without authority
Lawful supervisory bodies of the USSR
③ People's control as the only legitimate supervision
According to the sovereign legislation of the USSR, supervision in the sphere of housing and communal services is exercised by:
- Republican People's Commissariats for People's Control
- Local people's control bodies
- State prosecutor's offices of the USSR
④ Legal grounds for supervision
The legal grounds for exercising supervision are:
- USSR Law of 30.11.1979 No. 1159-X "On People's Control in the USSR"
- USSR Law of 29.12.1965 No. 4224-VI "On People's Control Bodies in the USSR"
- 1977 Constitution of the USSR
Current situation and recommendations
⑤ Restoration of lawful supervision
At present the following is being carried out:
- Reorganization of supervisory bodies in accordance with USSR legislation
- Transition from private commercial structures to state bodies of the USSR
- Restoration of the system of people's control
⑥ Actions of USSR citizens
I recommend to citizens:
- Not to recognize the authority of commercial "supervisory" bodies
- To apply to the restored bodies of people's control of the USSR
- To report violations to the Main Political Directorate of the USSR
Conclusion
Supervision in the sphere of housing and communal services on the territory of the RSFSR must be exercised exclusively by state bodies of the USSR through the system of people's control. All other "supervisory" structures are unlawful and their actions do not give rise to legal consequences for USSR citizens.
